Crickets are very nutritious. They are high in protein, iron, zinc, calcium and vitamin B. Our cricket powder has 169mg of calcium and 4.6mg of iron per 100g. For the same weight, whole milk contains about 120mg of calcium, and beef has only 2mg of iron (and yet they keep telling us it’s high in iron!). Plants such as spinach is only marginally better at 2.7mg.
