This protein ball mix is gluten free, it is made using our all natural-no processing cricket powder.

What is it made of?

  1. Almond: Good source of Vitamin E, copper, magnesium, high in healthy unsat fatty acids
  2. Cricket Powder: Naturally high in protein, iron, calcium, complete amino acids profile.
  3. Cranberries: High in fiber, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, increase immune
  4. Fig: High in fiber, calcium, potassium, and iron
  5. Peppita: High in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carbs and fatty acids
  6. Sunflower Kernel: High in Vitamin E, magnesium and selenium
  7. Chia Seeds: Rich in antioxidants, fiber, omega 3 fatty acids.

That’s it! No preservatives, no nasty chemicals. The sweetness are from the Cranberries and Fig.

Need more protein kick? Well, head to the shop and order some extra 100% Cricket Powder. Just add it to the mix.

All you need to do is put it in a blender/food processor/Thermomix, add coconut oil/water and blitz for a few minutes.

How long is a “few” minutes? Well that depends on you! You see, I like mine with a bit of crunch on it, something I still can chew on, I don’t like protein balls/bars where it is all mashed up to a paste,  but hey everyone’s different. So keep an eye out and feel it for yourself, is it too coarse? Then blitz it some more.

How much coconut oil or water? 1-2 tablespoon of coconut oil is fine, but if coconut oil is too fatty for your diet, then skip it and use water instead, or use both, whatever works for you. You want to use just enough liquid so you can shape it, not too wet or too dry, if it can hold it’s shape then that’s enough.

Roll some coconut flakes, goji berries or cacao powder over it and put it in the fridge.

Grab it before/during/after exercise, or packed one or two for you to snack on during the day.
